I have known Alex and the team at Equity London Limited for a number of years now. The service which they provide is with great professionalism, quality, responsiveness. As a landlord Equity London have been great right from the start. Every question which I had was answered quickly and easy to understand. After the going over the process for the rental I was passed over to Callum and he was my point of contact and again he has been brilliant in finding tenants and making sure that I was kept updated with when tenants were due to move in. After Callum advised that if there was any issues with property which needed attention then Lucy who deals with the property management side will be in touch. And true to their word Lucy called to introduce herself to me and advised me on what she does and how my property will be looked after. And finally not forgetting Irene. She is absolutely great she is on top of all the accounts related questions no matter how big or small. As a landlord I could not be more happier to let my property via Equity London Limited as I know that my property is in safe hands. I would 100% recommend Equity London Limited to any of my friends and family. Keep up the great work guys!!!!

Ive got such a good experience with this company when I rent the place where I live at the moment. They are such a lovely staff and very friendly. They explain at the beginning all the enquiries in such a professional way which I really like. Theyve been very supportive during the pandemic. I highly recommend them if you are looking to rent or to buy a house/flat.
