Recently brought a bathroom suite from Ben he came round measured up we then went to shop looked at design it was perfect for what we wanted bathroom was delivered on time even when there was an item missing and there was a faulty toilet it was resolved promptly with no delay highly recommended thank you and also great quality

Excellent service. From the initial design stage and fantastic advice on which parts were best suited to our needs, to the holding of the parts until our builder was ready to install, I cannot fault the service they provided. Easy to contact and always helpful and friendly, the parts recommended are excellent quality and everything was ready for when we needed them. Thank you all for amazing customer service!

I can't recommend this company enough. I dealt with Lee who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure I got the best products at the best prices and nothing was too much trouble. Overall, a great experience!

Ive always previously found staff here knowledgable and helpfu. Needed a 1.25 flush pipe washer - smaller than average. Young member of staff when asked sullenly went off to look. We only stock 1.75. No offer to order. Asked if he knew of any other good plumbers merchant locally, who might stock one - response Nah. Sad

Ben was extremely patient and kind in guiding me to change my sink waste trap. Prices are reasonable too. Will definitely recommend to my friends.
