This has been the worst 02 branch ever. All members of staff are unprofessional, rude and not capable. Just my personal advice to avoid this store. They have twice given me a faulty handset for my upgade, probably the same one, have returned those and the second time the haven't even cancelled it properly so reception hasn't been restored back to my old handset. This a total frustartion especially during Christmas period.
