Three

I am a three customer not at this store. I discovered a contract was taken out using my details. The initial contact with the assistant manager was good. However I have not seen any progress with the whole situation. I have been calling for 3 days with no answer. Spoke to customer service 4 times and each time they did not know anything there was no investigation or notes on the system. Finally i spoke to someone who promised my contract would go back to normal and that has not happened either! Called so many times and am fed up!! Im am running on a contract that was forged under my name. I would appreciate some contact. Thanks for your reply. I have been trying to get through to the Eltham store for days but no body ever answers the phone which is very frustrating and it has made me loose confidence with the store. I need someone to deal with this asap my details are being used and i am very anxious as they have copies of this in store. As I said I am running in a direct debit which is not mine! Thanks

Save your time the deals are better on line at three. Shame the customer service is good in store but they make up the price in store

I received amazing service from Charlotte at your Eltham store. She went beyond the call of duty to set up my new iPhone 13. After being with Three for 4 years, I changed over to EE which was a big mistake. My contract with EE ended and I couldnt wait to sign up again with Three. Happy to be back!

I have been very impressed with the team here yesterday and today particularly Charlott, Victoria, Jeenaand Bret. They have proved amazing team, very helpful. I had difficulty with network and SIM problems baring my outcall. Though the oppo team were not helpful in this regard, the 3G team in Eltham high street proved a direct opposite. I received massive support, help which helped to resolve all my problems. The contract was eventually cancelled while the team help my smooth transition. More kudos to Charlotte this morning. Well done Eltham high street.

Best service ever 100% recommend .from phone call to Kerry to service from Eddie nothing was to much trouble. Phone handsets changed over with no issues whatsoever .if I could I would rate higher than 5. FANTASTIC
