Have visited this butchers a few times and have never been disappointed. The quality of their meat is outstanding. Their minted lamb deserves a special mention. They have a very good variety. Highly recommended.

Has such great potential but on 3 occasions Ive pre-order meat and then turned up to be told that my order isnt available due to delivery issues or similar. Each time has resulted in wasted journeys and one time had to cancel the bbq altogether.

Dreadful service and rude staff. Placed an order a week ago via telephone and requested it to be delivered for Monday when I would collect. On Monday I contacted them via live chat to check it was in and to say I would collect this morning (did not receive a reply). Went this morning and was told it had come in a week ago and they had given it to another customer as I hadnt collected it. No apology was given and I was treated as if it was my fault. This is also the second time an order I placed was not received.

We were walking around and saw good looking butcher, so we popped in to buy some meat. Unfortunately we were greeted by the staff member who knew nothing about the meat he was selling. He got offended by the question about what type of breed beef he is selling and started shouting its cow, its cow you know. Its a cow what else do you need to know? He also didnt know hat dry aging was. So obviously we left without buying anything, and wont be returning ever. I have never been to butcher who knows nothing about his produce and get's offended when questions are asked. This was a very unpleasant encounter indeed.

First time using this butcher and it won't the last Brought 3 rib eye steaks very nice indeed and a great price
