Marieanne, assisted by Helen in the final stages, dealt with my flat sale and house purchase in the back end of 2022 and start of 2023. I was thoroughly impressed by their quick responses to any and all queries I had and those of our buyer/seller. They both acted in our interest and acted as professional sounding boards where required. I would recommend using this firm for such transactions. Fees where also very reasonable in my opinion.

Fantastic when selling our house in 2019 - BUT Phones 3 times and left messages recently about making a will but no one has bothered to ring back . Will now go with someone else !

I would like to thank Farhat M Ahmed and Laura Tolley for their excellent work, professionalism, kindness and understanding, especially on those occasions when I must have asked what could have been construed as pretty 'silly' questions! At a time when things were very stressful and anxious , I always felt that however busy everyone was, I was always lent a sympathetic ear which was very much appreciated. CTW were our conveyancers for our first flat. Very responsive whilst providing quotes etc, but our solicitor wasnt good - just sent us dumps of documents with no explanation and made lots of mistakes. Then, 8 months after closing, found out they had forgot to register the sale as the land registry
