        I recently went back to the store to exchange a malfunctioning item and I am grateful to the very attentive and efficient manner in which the manager handle my issue, I think his name is James. Actually the whole team with whom I interacted provided a great customer service

        The staff are always on the personal phone talking, not paying any attention to customers. If you ask something, it feels like they are being bothered by you. The manager was the rudest ever, no wonder staff there are also not caring. The manager started shouting when asked why products are all mixed up - she was super annoyed and said that it's all our "customers" fault. Then she rudely left. Wouldn't want to step back in to this store unfortunately...It's zero stars, not 1.
