Cannot rate miss 20 enough all staff are polite,friendly and ready to help went in yesterday and today wasn't allowed to leave until my roots were the perfect colour (my fault not theirs) and had longer extension as a last minute decision but all willing to help thank you miss20

Sandy does not know how to do a weft!!! Damaged my hair and i lost so much hair. Hair quality is very good, but falls out so much. Your client history names prove nothing. Learn to do weft professionally!!!

AVOID! been going to sandy for years to get my hair done her service has gone down hill dramatically. My last two visits have been horrible the tape were fitting so close and tight to my parting is was painfull I couldn't sleep and pulled my own hair called sandy and she removed the ones that' were hurting me. This last visit the hair colour has not been matched correctly my hair is a warm blonde balage but agreed I wanted some of the brighter blonde running through. The ending of my hair have an Ash green tone. The lighting in the shop was not great so I was looking for reassurance from other customers and staff that this blended okay. Even the girl styling my hair said I had to curl my hair under as the colours were so different and to use blue shampoo on the top section of my hair which I don't want to do as its so damaging. After calling Sandy I have been screamed at down the phone saying a agreed colour but she will never accept responsibility and correct the issue. You should trust that they pick the right hair colour for you this is part of the service costly me close to 300 ! I have been left waiting for hours for my appointment numerous times. I have never written a review but after the abuse I have received today after being a loyal customer for so many years is awful. If you choose to get your hair done here take someone with u to check colour. Any problems don't even bother calling sandy your money is gone !
