Be aware that there is not a car park and definitely get a penalty charge even you just pick up your purchase. In our case we had 3 heavy boxes and we should stop in front. We choose the store as they had the items in the stock for same day collection. If we knew we could choose a different store to pick up next day.

The Worst Argos Store I've Ever Been Too, in The Whole of UK . Came in Today To Return an Unwanted Gift PS5 Which is Brand New Never Opened, And They Said Sure We Can Refund This For You, Then They Take Away The PS5 Behind The Counter & Opens Up The Whole Box & Takes Out Everything For No Such Reason. After Long 10mins Wait They Come Back To Me & Saying We Can't Refund This PS5 Console Without No Reason. Everyone Who Works in This Store Have No Work Experience & No Manners & I Want To Swear at You So Much. Completely Wasted My Time My Fuel My Journey & My Energy. 0 Stars

Amazing Customer Service. Managed to resolve my return issue very quickly and efficiently. Hannah was a super star, very patient and very helpful. Im very happy from buying my Nintendo Switch from Argos. Additionally I was offered a 1 month free Argos Monthly Care for my device which was a grey bonus.
