Tesco Express

I was served by Joyce at the till today at 1340hrs and l must say she is very rude and has zero customer service skills. I had my club card on my phone and opened the coupons barcode first instead of the actual bar code to be scanned and when l tried to get the bar code ready to be scan which was not even a minute she became irate for absolutely no reason and she said it was a Tesco Expess not a big supermarket l should have my barcode ready before getting to the till. I find her impatient, and unprofessional she actually stepped away to the next till calling on other customers whilst l was still being served. Joyce needs training.

The cashier had a bad attitude when I was trying to use the self service till and it scanned the wrong price, I used the other till and tried to explain to her what had happened and she did dont do that numerous times and said so now I have to get up and void those transactions. There wasnt any need to be rude.

Five staff standing around chatting and expecting customers to serve themselves why have so many staff if you don't want to use them. some people find it hard to use self service especially when they have a problem with vision. We are not paid to be on your tills please man them.
