        The staff was so rude, my wife arrived at 6:25pm to pick one thing and the security guy shut the shutter in front of her face. 4 men push a young lady out of your door, well done M&S!! If you guys wana go home early, why dont you just put on google you close at 6pm not 6:30pm???

        I like M&S and this particular branch is the nearest, but please turn the (not so) background music down!! Its like a nightclub in there sometimes. Not pleasant experience at all.

        M and S, what more can I say. Plenty of choice for all the different types of food that you could want and all at the Marks and Spencer standard. A good range of clothes to buy too, although not as wide a choice as some of the larger stores. If they have something but not in your size, you can always order the right size online and collect it in store a day or two later. A great shop to have in Eltham.
