COSTCUTTER

I recently visited the Costcutter store in 428, 430 Well Hall Rd, Eltham SE9 6UD, and it was an absolutely terrible experience. From start to finish, the entire visit was a nightmare. Firstly, the store was incredibly dirty and disorganized. The floors were sticky, and there were piles of empty boxes and packaging strewn about the store. It was difficult to navigate the aisles, as there were so many obstacles in the way. Secondly, the selection of products was very poor. Many of the items I was looking for were out of stock, and the items that were available were either expired or close to their expiration date. The produce section was particularly bad, with wilted and moldy fruits and vegetables on display. To make matters worse, the staff at this Costcutter store were extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. When I asked for assistance in finding a particular item, the staff member rolled their eyes and sighed as if I was inconveniencing them. Their attitude was extremely off-putting and made the already unpleasant shopping experience even worse. Overall, I would strongly advise anyone to avoid the Costcutter store in 428, 430 Well Hall Rd, Eltham SE9 6UD. The store is dirty, disorganized, and poorly stocked, and the staff are unhelpful and unfriendly. There are plenty of other options for grocery shopping in the area, and this particular store is not worth the hassle or frustration.

The Indian woman behind the till is just plain rude. She has the worst customer service ever and zero manners. Looks at you up and down as if you are trash. This is my local store which I attend regularly and she is like this every time. Makes you not want to return

I never write a review of a shop ... As it's a in and out type of service. But this woman working in there.. must be the owner with her husband. She is probably one of the most rudest people i have ever bumped into in retail. Makes me not wanna go there.
