Was directed by 111 to call my nearest pharmacy . I suspected my 3 year old daughter having Scarlet fever. My daughter had all the symptom including rash that was spreading. Advice I was given by a pharmacist was laughable. I was told to apply E45 and give paracetamol. I ignored male staff's advice and took my daughter to the hospital. And I was right. My daughter did have a Scarlet fever and was given antibiotics.

Staff seems unwilling to work and help bad manners and attitude, they don't greet you, just ask for the name and if you pay like they don't owe you respect. No one receives the customers they stay inside waiting for when they feel like coming to the front desk and attend the customers. Been there today to collect my medicines only to leave again on empty hands as no one bothered to show up. The last time sending my prescriptions to this pharmacy, horrible customer service do not recommend

Has been my local pharmacy for the past 14 years. Great staff, friendly and very professional, clean and calm environment. Great electronic tie in to my doctors for e-prescriptions. What more could you need?

Bought Glucosime sulphate for my Arthritis and it was out of date by 5 months when I returned to take them back the shop worker told me it's ok you can still take them!!! So I replied No and said I wanted indate ones but every single one was the same date. So make sure you check before you buy. As they just put them all back on the shelf for someone else to purchase
