Excellent service. I arrived early, lady made me feel welcome & sent me for initial tests with her. Very friendly & put me at ease. The actual optician was really nice too, gentle and chatty. If I had to bit pick I'd say she was a 'little fast' changing lenses. 'You can see better through that one can't you, you can, good"... I'd not replied in two instances. However she was very thorough, insisted on writing to my doc, and everything else as far as I know was done perfectly, I trust them. I was told I need reading glasses and offered some frames. I declined and purchased some elsewhere but honestly, cannot fault this store. Would definitely use again. 5 Stars.

I was so horrified by the way I was treated by the staff at boots optician in Eltham that I hope the managers that hire these staff take note on what I have to say. There was a lady behind the desk and another lady sitting at a desk (both staff). We asked if we could make an appointment for my husbands eyes to be tested, but they said they were busy with customers and fully booked. This was not the case. They didnt even bother to check if there was availability and judging by their faces they didnt want us there. Whoever is hiring these women is wasting good money because we wanted to spend good money in this Eltham opticians but these Opticians were only keen to go home. We dont expect red carpet treatment but a bit of courtesy would go well.
