        Jean,who I believe is known as Mrs Clinton,is an absolute star.Nothing is too much trouble for her and we always look forward to seeing her.The shop can be quite busy but we are normally served quickly and efficiently. The whole team are pleasant but Jean is exceptional and no I am not related to her.

        Balloon inflation waiting time 1 hour (only 1 staff available for baloons inflation and after 2pm only + they have lunch so they do not overwork themselves:). The worst Clinton ever! And it's not the first time! Always same in Eltham branch!
