The consultation was very in depth and explained in terms that I could understand. The audiologist was patient and knowledgeable so made me feel at ease. I would certainly recommend to family and friends and the location was easy to access.

I've had tinnitus for about 3 years and a colleague recommended Regain Hearing to me. When booked my appointment and the staff were extremely helpful. On arrive at the Eltham branch I received a warm welcome by the reception staff who offered me a drink as well. I was then met by Lee who took me into his room and ran through a selection of tests which were both for my hearing and tinnitus and show the results on a large TV screen. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and made me feel at easy. He explained the process of firstly working on my tinnitus and then on my hearing. I also tried some hearing aids devices that use a frequency to exercise the hairs in the inner ear which helped reduce the tinnitus for a short time. Lee said that this was to show me how they worked but would need more treatment. He also said that once I have purchased a device I'll get lifetime support from Regain which in my book is worth it's weight in gold. My first impressions of my appointment was great and look forward to speak to Lee again.
