I cant express how grateful we are to Scott and the whole team at JDM. I had a good feeling about them from the start, and they were nothing but a dedicated, calm, helpful and supportive presence throughout what was an incredibly challenging and drawn out sale process spanning more than a year. I have to mention Scott in particular as he went well beyond the call of duty on multiple occasions and his empathy for the various circumstances that were thrust upon us and his generosity in response was incredibly touching and appreciated beyond measure. We were buying a property marketed by JDM and they were great throughout the process, from initial viewing to completion day. Anne was very responsive whenever we had queries and was a great liaison with the sellers. They dealt with a few ups and downs caused by problems elsewhere in the chain and we were really happy. Now that we've completed on the purchase, we'll definitely use them to sell our old property having seen it from the other side!

Scott has been extremely proactive in selling the house: not only were regular meetings scheduled (and kept), where statistics on viewings, data on sales and market movements were shared and explained, but he was also open to ideas from us on further strategies that might be employed. Throughout, Scott was an agent who was high on action and low on b.lls..t; a refreshing presence in comparison to what we had seen previously. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
