The David Evans team are very hardworking and passionate about their lettings and sales. We initially rented through them (Eltham branch) and then happened to buy our first home through them too. In both cases, they were always friendly, swift to reply and happy to help. We then chose to sell with them as they have a lot of experience with our type of property (specifically within the Progress Estate) and also offer a very competitive rate. Similarly the team brought a lot of enthusiasm and acted quickly. The pandemic did mean limits on the number of sales reps from the estate agents that were available so admittedly, I mainly hosted the viewings myself, including for our ultimate buyers. However after the sale, the team resumed their speedy approach to progressing things for us (as much as is within their control). Definitely our special thanks go to Susan in particular for all of her persistent chasing up for us, regular updates and remaining cheerful but also pragmatic about the stages.

You Amy get a quick sale but David is absolutely clueless about how Covid has changed property prices and is only concerned with undervaluing and getting a quick sale. He valued the house at over 150,000 less than we sold for after having it for sale in 3 weeks. If you fancy losing that much money sell through him and if you want a cheap deal buy from him.

We had a brilliant experience buying through David Evans & Co Eltham. The team were helpful and knowledgeable about the area and were never too busy to take a call or answer any questions we had. Susan especially was incredibly helpful and called frequently with updates which is so rare to find in an estate agent these days. David and the team even followed up after the sale with information about local tradespeople they recommend which is invaluable information. The service provided end to end was friendly, focused and personal. We would happily recommend David Evans & Co!
