Had a lovely chat with Jay today. I needed a second opinion regarding a purchase I bought from a different vape shop chain. I informed my friend of the issues I faced and they directed me to TJS vape shop. Jays' knowledge and wisdom helped me a lot, through his detailed explanation of the right strength and percentage I needed as I was on disposal vapes. He even recommended some juice brands which are close in flavour to the disposables I vaped. Due to Jays actions, I managed to to go to the other chain shop to perfectly execute a detailed reason as to why the products they sold me were not right for me. That meant I was able to replace the juices to the ones that fit my style of vape. Thanks to his actions I now will stay on my newly purchased vape and will now be making my purchases on TJS online Web page. Thank you Jay for the information you have provided, with your patient character and courtesy in helping improve my vaping experience. You empathised with my situation and did your upmost to help, even when I did not purchase anything from your store. That will soon change!

Jay is awsome . Knows everything about vapes and juices coils and just about anything else you ask him. One smart cookie indeed and a lovely bloke to boot 10/10
