        Brilliant service from the staff, very welcoming and polite, happy to leave you to browse but available for help as soon as you need it. Showroom is lovely to look around, great layout and display of items. Nice and tidy. Gorgeous smell inside the shop, makes you want to go in even when just walking past!

        We ordered carpets today with tapi carpets and were supported by Darren through the process of choosing carpets, bars, rods he helped us to make decisions regarding specifics such as which way to lay our carpet. Darren is clearly very experienced. I have an eye for detail and Darren was so incredibly patient and understanding with me asking so many questions. I didnt feel rushed into making a decision. Darren explained the process to me about how the fitters measure up and was reassuring that if the stair rods werent right then we could return them and the fitters would return at no extra cost which is reassuring when you are trying to match a current stair runner to a new set of loft stairs! We are really excited to have new carpets and at a reasonable price too! Thank you so much Darren!

        Full points for the fitters, Swaaran and Aman. They were efficient and effective at carrying out the work, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. They were friendly, professional and helpful too. I would recommend Tapi Carpets, as they proved to be the most reliable company and competitive recently used . As there seems to be a problem with "PERMIT PARKING" for other carpet independent companies and others such as Carpetright Some what perplexing......
