Been waiting so long for these people to call me for them to text telling when my appointment is one day before and then don't stick to it. I genuinely wouldn't bother with this company. You will never get seen.

This is a dreadful service. My GP referred me to this company. They called and made an appointment for the next day at 1:00pm. The telephone assistant said that someone else was to call at 1:00pm and that I should be in a quiet place. I waited and waited at 1:00pm. I didnt even sit in front of laptop as it can be distracting when you are on the phone. There was no call and I was disappointed. So imagine my shock when I was speaking to my GP sometime later and she said shed received a letter from Tome to Talk. She began reading the letter snd said Id declined the service and assessment. They never called apart from the call to make the appointment. There is a lot of stress around because of the cost of living crisis among other things. If you want to talk to someone Id avoid this organisation because they increase the stress with their lies!

When applying I had exclusively stated that I shall not be contacted 9-5 Mon-Fri and if they can't comply with this they need to respect my right to be forgotten and follow the relevant GDPR procedure. Not only I was contacted at 1 on a Tuesday, but the female failed to acknowledge on several times the instruction above. She kept trying to book me in a inconvenient time which I found to be really disrespectful and complete lack of listening skills. IDK how many times I told her and had to tell her that I'm not changing my schedule because their working times are rubbish
