We instructed Tanya to sell our flat and she was fantastic - friendly, personal service, diligent, hard working and determined to get the job done. She takes pride in her work and gives you a real sense of confidence from the first day you meet her. So much so the people who offered on our flat also instructed Tanya to sell their home! Tanya supported us throughout the ups and downs of the home moving process. I have no doubt that without her chasing all parties the chain would have collapsed. Even on completion date, she was in regular contact and popped round to help us finish clearing and cleaning the flat and brought some things over to our new home! She is a lovely person, great at what she does, and we are so pleased that we instructed her.

I run a removal company which has worked with Tanya on numerous occasions now. Daily, we work along side many different estate agents all over the UK. Without a doubt Tanya is honestly head and shoulders above the rest. We only know about what happens on the actual move day but from speaking to the customers weve moved its clear Tanya takes such great time to sit down, get to know her customers and assist all she can throughout the whole move process. On the move day, a handful of times in the years we have been operating have we seen estate agents present. Tanya is always present and is pulling the strings to ensure the move is as seamless as possible. Unfortunately due to another removal company being below par for a seperate move, I recently witness Tanya using her own car to transport fragile goods to ensure the safety. If you want someone to metaphorically hold your hand and do all the work to make your move as pleasant and enjoyable as possible you really need to be looking to Tanya.
