Co-op Food - Well Hall

All the staff are super friendly and polite. The store is clean and spacious. Products are a little on the more expensive side but useful being a local store for just picking up a few things. Only issue is the amount of shopliftings, its constant every single day. I feel bad for the staff working there having to deal with being verbally abused all the time by them on top of rude, impatient customers.

Do not ever order from this place. Every single time Ive ordered Ive had food missing from my deliveries. Im putting it on here as the team pack my order and Uber wont let me put a review. Its actually disgusting how much the purposely miss out items that you have paid for. This evening they wrote on the receipt that my food was out of stock and then charged me for the items that THEY DIDNT HAVE!!! Like quite literally have stolen money from my account. Pathetic. Ive never had such issues with a shop before in my life and considering its a branch business you would think they would be able to read and bag someones order.

Staff don't care more interested in home delivery then people in the store self service not good especially for disabled access. They also need lessons on how to fill shelves as there prices never match up to the stock and I don't think they know what stock rotation is

Manager is rude and racist. The fact that she has an accent and is clearly not from the country she needs to humble herself
