A staff member was exceptionally rude today when I visited Costa-Eltham. Her name is Rebekah and the bad experience me and my family had today is simply because of her rude and aggressive behaviour towards me. Members of the staff like Rebekah put a bad stamp on the companys name generally.

The Costa on Eltham High Street is the perfect place to meet people or have a quick business meeting. Excellent hospitality and excellent customer service are provided by the staff. There is nothing better than a cuppa latte in the morning!
