NatWest Bank Eltham High St. branch , for the first time I feel a bank with privacy protection and security. This is especially important because I need the services of business account with bank and sometimes need to withdraw cash from bank . Because the banks I have been to usually do not have any privacy at all, and the people behind can clearly know that you go to the bank to handle any business. And the staff at the front desk and the bank counter Ms Robyn are very friendly and professional, and even think of providing you with convenience in the future service. Will also give you good advice whether it is your business account or your personal account. Next time I will always go to NatWest Eltham branch to handle business . Recommend to all 5 Star.

Not happy this branch is now not opening on a Saturday

Genuinely believe that this is the slowest branch Ive ever been into in my life. The simplest of queries take an age to get resolved/ completed. Staff are polite and helpful but its clear theyre understaffed in the branch. Even a simple pay in request can take 30-45 mins! Would avoid using this branch if youre in a rush.
