        I attend the Pooh cake course with Fifi and I had a fantastic experience. The instructions were easy to follow and tasks achievable. Ive learnt some great skills that will help me to not only make the same cake again but also carry over to other projects. Fifi was an excellent teacher with a lot of patience and kindness. I would love to book onto another course to learn some more skills in the future.

        Had a brilliant time at Fifis cupcake decorating class! I learnt so much about baking, and took home 12 cupcakes that were equal measure delicious AND too pretty to eat! A super fun activity for a group of friends or family, I highly recommend. Fifi was lovely and knowledgeable and gave us lots of tea and a yummy lunch to fuel us through all that sugar crafting! Have got my eyes on the buttercream icing class next.

        My bride to be daughter in law and myself had a wonderful Saturday learning wedding cake skills. Fifi was exacting and clear in her instructions and I feel far more confident now as I approach the challenge of cake for 130 guests. I strongly recommend.
