Great company to deal with. Own products are on point. Always use their valves and fittings. Flushdaddy valves install so much easier than any others Ive used. Seals are great, products are sturdy. Good prices on branded stuff too.

I was sold a shower thermostatic valve that had no indication of what water flow pressure it could operate at, as a result the part was useless, the plumber was expensive and couldnt get the job done. I contacted MV and reported the issue at least 3 times in the past 3 weeks, I spoke to them twice. Last thing that happened was 2 weeks ago when they called me to say that they were investigating the specs of their own product note: AFTER selling it. not before). They must still be investigating because no one called me back since 2 weeks now. Bunch of clueless crooks who dont care to put technical specifications inside or on the packaging of their own products BEFORE selling it. I wasnt smart enough NOT to pay enough attention to the fact that the product carried no specification sheet before buying the shower valve. Should have watch more only fools and horses...
