        I was having a lot of trouble with tight neck and shoulders as well as ankle and metatarsal pain as a result of long distance running. Joe tacos the painful spots really well, and once my session was over, felt so much lighter and more flexible in my shoulders and neck as he concentrated on the trouble spots. He also followed up with some exercises specifically for my ankle which will be really helpful. Joe was really pleasant and very knowledgeable.

        Joe is fantastic! Took my son to see him as he was constantly cracking his back,arms, neck and upper back was bothering him. Joe really helped get this on track, worked wonders and will be back again for sure. Highly recommend.
