        I have had a leak in my property for two weeks after a temporary repair failed. It took a week and a half to order the part required - too long for an urgent repair that may be causing water damage but I relented as I was poorly advised by managing agent Purple Bricks that this was still the quickest option. The plumber did not arrive this morning due to illness and I now find myself looking at another weekend without a fix. No urgency at all as I have been told "hopefully we can find another plumber" and I have been given no idea of when the rescheduled repair will take place. I just want a job doing quickly. This is unacceptable.

        I dealt with Tracey and she was very efficient keeping me informed of my repair to our house. Communication was great and never had to chase them up. Repair was professional and you wouldn't know they had been left so tidy. First class service received thank you.
