Don't know much about the policing in this area, however a friend of mine over 70 with COPD and other serious health issues was forced to wear a face mask by a policeman as he had no health exemption card, to collect his meds from the Tesco, my friend nearly collapsed at the counter. There is no such thing as an official health exemption card, and if someone states they have breathing problems they cannot be forced into wearing one. Why don't the Police know the law on this issue its certainly isn't right for the old and vulnerable to be treated in this fashion.
