        Absolutely brilliant service....Dima is an absolute genius! He worked endlessly on my Samsung Galaxy S8 which had come to its end of life and wouldn't even switch on anymore, so I couldn't download any photos or contacts. He did an amazing job and retrieved all the data for me, backed it onto a storage device and transferred all onto my new phone as well. He is one superstar. Btw another phone repair store I'd gone to before I discovered ihandi had said there was nothing they could do as had seen many devices with this issue! Thank you so much again. All the rest of the staff at the Borehamwood store are so friendly and helpful too.
