Amazing service, my fur baby always comes back to me smelling and looking beautiful! very kind and patient with my dog who is very highly energetic and excitable. Reasonably priced too. Would highly recommend!

Always having my 4 dogs looking amazing! I recommend to everyone I speak to if they ever need a groomer. Been coming here for years and Joanne is amazing!

Avoid. Took my kitten here for some basic cleaning and nail clipping ect , initially Joanna is friendly and flexible with appointments but sadly I got my cat back with a non operational leg . He couldnt walk. Joanna couldnt suggest why or any vets we could take him too. Ended up taking him to vet and slapped with a bill due to groomer holding the cat aggressively to restrict movement therefore injuring the cat. Never coming back here again!

Wow! Joanna is amazing! I would 100% recommend Beethovens groom room to everyone. Joanna has been looking after my puppy since she was just a few weeks old. Getting her slowly used to being washed, shampooed, nails cut, ears cleaned and the sound of the hair dryer. My girl is booked to have her pampering session once a month and this will now continue for life! I am so lucky to have Joanna look after us so well. She is kind, gentle, caring and absolutely loves the dogs to pieces! Her groom room is beautiful crafted, with all the fantastic equipment and products required to leave your dog smelling and looking amazing! We get so excited to drop and to pick our girl up after her grooming session, her fur coat is always glossy and her nails trimmed perfectly! And she always looks so fresh and perfect! I would never go anywhere else Joanna and Beethovens groom room is the best!!!
