Generally very good range, prices and service. However, currently I'm missing a couple of items, unfortunately seemingly lost in transit. That they're trying to sort out, either refund or replacement of. One is a small knife fork spoon set. I'm not sure how that gets lost exactly. The other was a water filter unit I really wanted. And they promised the other day to find why my All points from previous shopping there are AWOL.

Poor customer service. Tried to buy an expensive item in a hurry, so phoned up to ask if they would do a Click and Collect type service. Told No. Asked if they would at least hold the item until I drove over the following day. Told No; "what if someone wants to buy one?" Decided to chance it anyway, took the day off work and drove to the "store" advertised on their website. This was effectively a cluttered stock room on an industrial estate. Once inside, was told they only took cash! Why wasn't that on the website? Why didn't the person I spoke to on the phone tell me that? Who carries cash in the middle of a global pandemic?!!? As the price of the item was over the daily ATM limit I just gave up at that point, borrowed a similar one from a friend and ordered what I wanted from somewhere else that was cheaper anyway. Utter shambles. UPDATE: Furthermore, upon talking to my partner, we've realised that the price of the item increased from high 400s to over 530 between us first looking at it in the morning and me checking the stock levels again at the end of the day. Presumably this is algorithmically done, but it's still a pretty disgraceful business practice.

Great choice of products and good prices. They had the ruck sack I wanted, best choice of colours and price. Quick delivery, despite current challenges. Pleased!
