Genuinely one of the worst 'manicures' I've had in a while. The man doing my nails drilled all my gel polish off and I then had to ask him if he was going to cut my cuticles as he just skipped this and went straight to painting. He didn't know how to cut cuticles or paint, the results speak for themselves. I went straight to my normal salon and got them fixed. Wasted my time and money, I would not recommend to anyone.

Friendly staff, well presented salon, get offered tea and coffee. Seem to do a good pedicure for men. Nice massages on the massage chair and do a good clear gloss top coat. Recently refurbished with greater capacity and new equipment.

Ive never had such a bad experience doing my nails ever. The nail tech guy cut my cuticles and scratched the sides of my fingers trying to file my nails down it still hurts after 3 days. Then I showed them a design and they told me they couldnt do it probably because they were too lazy or it was too long for them to do. In my head I thought, ok not a problem that can be adjusted. Asked for ombr and it looks like a 5 year old did my nails, Im not even joking Im embarrassed to go out with my nails looking like this. Got a sticker on my ring finger with the nail done with clear gel and the sticker looks milky because the guy didnt file the nail properly. Also the sticker is not straight and its coming off on one side but the nail tech tried to cover it up by adding more and more gel on it. Im so unhappy with my nails The staff also speak less than basic English and you cant understand them at all. Very rude because they make comments in their own language. I left the nail salon wanting to cry, ruined my whole Valentines Day
