SJ nail salon

I went today first time there as I recently moved in boreamwood. Being myself in beauty industry for more than 15 years I have a high expectation. The salon was very busy and I have to wait for more than 30min (no appointment)...The gentleman who did my nails was very good. I'm really happy with the results and definitely I'm going back there. This as my regular nail salon, but the guy doing my shellac really rushed and they started peeling that eve. I am very easy going and I understand people make mistakes so I went it to ask to even just fix the worst nail as I was going out that eve, the owner was extremely rude and aggressive and told me I must have opened a can which I did not! He then said he was doing me a favour to fix for free so I went back next morning and he was so rude again and was slamming his equipment around like a toddler. I left asap and definitely wont be doing back. Also very unhygienic Service: Manicure

Absolutely horrible. DO NOT GO IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WASTE MONEY. The owner did my nails as very unprofessional and arrogant, she acts as if she helping but is doing the opposite. I asked for French tips and she did half finished nails and did not paint, she refused to listen to any of my explanations. Only go if you are ready for racial profiling as you will get treated differently if you are not white and with less respect especially by the owner herself. The owner herself stops to do to talk across to other workers whenever you ask a question as if too mock you.
