Dean and Scott have been amazing from the very first minute. They guided us through the whole process and with a great positive attitude they kept us going and got the best result of selling our property and actively seeking to find us a new one based on our needs and wants. They were always quick to response with clear answers. Showed real care and respect to both me, my wife and also our property. They came highly recommended and we highly recommend them as well.

Dean was very helpful from the start, giving advice before we asked him to sell my mothers flat. He guided us, advised us and supported us through the process which wasnt straightforward or easy. Communication was good, Dean was friendly and professional and we would definitely recommend L&H residential to anyone selling their property

Great service from Dean Hope and the team despite a very thorny flat sale that took over a year and which was not in anyway the fault of the estate agent. Dean and the staff were polite and patient at all turns and also willing to think outside the box and seek solutions. Dean was ever affable too. A real gent.
