I placed my first order on the website a rush, which ended up being an incorrect part (my mistake). Steve picked this up and contacted me to just double check, to which we managed to switch the order for the correct items. I have a high quality av cinema surround sound system, however the sub-woofer has always had issues with interference in the form of what sounded like an irregular heartbeat thumping, even when the system was off, the sub-woofer would never go into sleep mode because of this issue and would thump continuously. I had tried many cables all recommended and said to be high quality, highly shielded and would stop the issue, unfortunately all failed, costing me plenty of money. That's until I purchased a cable from futureshop. The cable is quality made and has completely irradicated the problem. I will definitely be purchasing from them again.
