I particularly want to thank Mr Nelken for his advice, dedication to customer satisfaction and excellent workmanship to restore and adapt two items of tired, inherited, sentimental, gold jewellery - a 1920s gate bracelet and a 1960s decorative cluster ring - now transformed into beautiful jewellery to wear and treasure for many years to come. Cannot talk highly enough of this jewellers and Mr Nelken in particular. They recently helped us recreate a sentimental piece of jewellery and showed a great deal of patience and understanding from the start. They delivered on everything they said they would do, when they said they would do it and did it all in a professional and understanding way.

Re sized and repaired a very special ring handed down from my great nan, to my nan, then to me. Very caring and very welcoming amazing service! Got a text when it was ready and they held until i picked up no problems. Thank you again! Beautiful im a very happy woman!
