        The receptionists are extremely rude over the phone. I call nicely to enquire and they refuse to help, and hang up immediately. The doctors are great, however, terrible service from reception. Very disappointing

        Honestly such a uselessness receptionist and very rude been calling for the past 2 days both times got told something different with a lot of attitude honestly soooooo disappointing

        I saw Dr Khattak who was amazing. I moved from Colindale surgery because I felt like the doctors didnt really care about my conditions. Dr Khattak made me feel seen and heard. She empathised with me and went above and beyond to help me find answers to the health questions Ive had for a couple of years. Im truly grateful to have seen such a wonderful doctor! The receptionist staff are really kind and helpful. They answer your phone calls and even have a call back option so that you dont have to wait on the phone during the inevitable busy hours. Lastly, they dont shy away from face to face appointments - something I was literally crawling for with my old practice!

        The best thing i ever did was changing to schopwick surgery, they have been absolutely amazing.I had been previously registered all my life to a local surgery in borehamwood and they have done nothing for me like schopwick have. In particular I have dealt with Dr.Badiani who is amazing, Dr.Byrne briefly who was equally amazing and my very special GP Dr. Zsafaryn who was actually personally recommended to me and has been the best support ever! A consummate professional, efficient, kind, understanding and extremely helpful and frankly without her help and support I don't know what I would have done. I always get through and if I'm held in a queue the receptionist calls straight back. I've never had to wait too long for an appointment and on the whole an amazing surgery I feel blessed to be registered there.
