Avoid at all times .... They do teeth from your car I agree with the reviews below . And also they don't no how to talk to people I have 3 people taking them to court with the avoidance they have I wish this place all the best DONT USE THIS CENTRE they will rob you. The asain after sales man is awful and needs to be sacked.... even mafe people leave company because of him Service: Brake service & repair

Untrustworthy and supper slow. A week and a half after dropping my car for scuff repairs,I get a call saying my insurance has approved the work and now they can begin repairs,once parts are ordered. I assumed they were calling to say car was ready but hadnt even started work on it. It then takes another month until car is ready and get a call over a week before with a date to collect (which was away on holiday and couldnt have my mini clubman back in time for my holiday) and possibly would be ready before or after that date,dont understand the call,as they had no idea when it would be ready to collect. Finally go to get my car and return courtesy mini to them. My advice TAKE PHOTO EVIDENCE when collecting a courtesy car from them. As soon as I arrived the security guy made a comment about a dent on the bonnet (which myself and my partner had geniunly not notice) I thought the guy was joking. When i was given the car i was asked to sign everything on a tablet before being taken outside and shown the car. I thought we would go outside with his tablet and make a note of and marks etc once outside. I am liable for said dent that may have been there before I drove it. Due to a family member who is terminally ill my head is all over the place and regret not being more questionable with them and regret not taking any photos on the day (have only hired a Hertz car once) and the young team were so much more professional than anyone that dealt with me at this garage. Will never go there again and after reading the bad reviews do believe the dent could of been there,hence why I wasnt shown the car before he got me to sign said paperwork that makes me liable. TAKE PHOTOS OF YOUR CAR. Lesson learnt on my part. Service: General repairs & maintenance
