        I'm studying level 3 Beauty therapy at LBTA Borehamwood and am thoroughly enjoying the course. The staff are amazing! From the moment I went in for an interview I had a point of contact (no automated numbers here) the manager at the academy gave me a lot of information, and helped me with my options into the industry, she has a lot of passion it's clear and gives you honest answers. The course is fantastic and the tutors are highly skilled and knowledgeable, and really pay attention to every single person in the group. You get lots of feedback to develop from and they make sure you are skilled and fully understand what you're learning. The environment is very professional, clean, with plenty of products and equipment. I was worried about returning to studying as an adult but the LBTA have helped me so much. My confidence has grown tremendously, they are always there if you need anything and are so positive and professional. I've learnt skills that I know will at last help me through a career not just a job! Im so happy I chose to come here!
