        Really great place. Optician was really thorough and pleasant, checking the prescription multiple times before it was confirmed. Afterwards I discussed glasses with Ravi Sethi. He was really pleasant and took the time to test multiple pairs of glasses that I brought with me, in light of my new prescription. I liked the fact that he didn't just try to sell me new glasses but actually took the time to understand the situation and advised that the new prescription was very similar to the old one, and that new glasses may not in fact be necessary. I am sure other firms would have gone for the hard sell and I appreciated Ravi's pleasant and honest manner. Both Ravi and the optician (whose name I didn't get unfortunately) are an asset to this place and overall my experience was very positive and I highly recommend this place to others.

        Always receive great service from all members of staff at Boots opticians in Borehamwood. Very friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help. Good offers in store and you receive advantage points too.

        Wonderful, super friendly opticians who go above and beyond. Been looking after my family for many years and I feel completely safe in their hands - so much so that despite moving out of the area I continue to travel a long distance to keep them as my opticians.
