Joseph is an excellent agent I have ever seen. He is so helpful throughout the deal from giving the offer to completion. Even I got a problem on the completion schedule, he could calm down the seller not to call off the transaction and convince them to extend the completion date for me. I'm sure the purchase would not be success without Joseph.
