        I had trouble with their products being faulty in the past but was issued replacements. After a year of not ordering any products i gave them another try. The product i ordered broke within two months and i was refused a refund or replacement. Very disappointing service, waste of time and money. AVOID!

        The reliability of their products has plummeted in recent times (April 2016), as has their customer service. I've been sent two faulty batteries. The latest they refused to replace as they said I was "pressing the button too hard"! I've been a customer of Vapestick's for three years. In this time the company has, in my opinion, gradually lowered their standards. I won't be using them again, and I would recommend my friends and family to take their business to a company who cares a little more about their customers.
