I used this company when I had a house fire. They gave great chat about what they would do and said they would only take my case on as I'd had at least 50,000 worth of damage which I did. So I signed up to them and they proved to be less than helpful. Initially Chris Edmunds was good with basic communication etc, but then never informed me when he was on leave so I got his out of office reply. This meant me calling the company to find someone to get any updates and it went downhill from there on in. I got 15,000 less than what he said I'd get and they also took 10%. Absolute rubbish and Chris Edmunds didn't seem to fight for my case at all. What a regret!
