BES Legal LTD

Incompetent! BES Legal were recommended by the estate agents selling the property to us, so naturally we assumed they would know what they are doing - how nave we were. We received little to no communication from our conveyancer, Dhanisha. Emails we've sent have gone unanswered. Things we were promised that would be sent by a certain time never materialised with no explanation. We've since discovered that our share of the freehold has not been transferred to our names and the notice of leasehold transfer not issued to the property management company, resulting in the previous owners of our property receiving a demand for a service charge payment. Money we've paid as part of our completion, to cover this service charge, has seemingly vanished. Nobody from BES has been in contact, to offer an explanation, as to where it's gone. We tried to complain, but the name quoted in our Client "Care" Pack is for someone, who no longer works at BES! We completed at the end of September and this is still ongoing at the end of February.

Nothing but problems with BES legal Imram who felt with our case was utterly useless the purchase of our property almost fell through due to his negligence, they kept 300 of our money they we were suppose to receive from our mortgage lender and 10 months after completing the purchase of our property they still have not sent over legal documents to our managing agents. To say that they are incompetent would be the understatement of the century I would sooner crawl across broken glass that use this company again

BES legal Ltd was amazing how quickly and timely manner finish my first time buying house legal process they friendly and polite they get back to you quickly. Dehanish was Great she was the one communicating with as it was lovely experience I will recommend to anyone.

Dhanisha Desai was our solicitor as we sold one North London property and bought another at the end of 2021. She was diligent, courteous and dispassionate throughout the process, which is everything we could have hoped for from our conveyancer. But there was more: she also brought a sense of calm confidence, which was particularly welcome as one difficult part of our transaction involved people who were quite capricious.
