Here is the real bad experience from this company, for tenants: do not take rooms from them, they do not give deposit back to most of tenants when contract end, and they do not even protect your deposit. for the landlord: do not give property to be managed by this company, they pay rent late from three days to two months, if you ask Lawrence why it is late, here are some excuse s: I am abroad, the bank mess up with company account, accountant is on holiday, i told accountant to pay, but he does not, management problems, etc. He owed landlords lots of rent and if you ask for that, he replied you like this: i am ready for court. To Ogas properties/Ogas group/Ogas investment, (This is a part of routing work for the court action suggested by solicitor.) I have written you email three times for termination of leasing agreement and request the outstanding rent to be paid, they were sent to you on: 4 December 2017 21 December 2017 4 December 2017 and on 22 Dec 2017 we went to your office, your account has checked all payment record and conformed that three properties till end of Dec 2017 that the outstanding balance are: I am in front of computer that he send the confirmation email to you. Xxxx. pxxxxxd road: three months rent 1850 x 3 = 5550.00 to me, my commission: six months 197.5 x 6 =1185.00 Total: 6735.00 excl. any late payment interest. Xxx Pxxxxxld road: two months rent: 1750 x 2 = 3500.00 excl. interest flat G3, five months rent outstanding 1200 x 5 =6000.00 excl interest on 24 of Dec, we had an appointment at 10am, you show up at 12:30, you agree to give the key back to us, but because you ask us to sign a document which you drafted, listing the furniture and tenants you left behind without any explanation, said will send the details with cost later, of cause we cannot sign it without consulting to our solicitor, so you still hold the key of three properties so far. this email is a final reminder of court action, we will wait for a solution from you for 7 working days before going next step. the deadline is 11 Jan 2018

I would have no hesitation to recommend a reference to the people to buy property with OGAS Investments.Lawrence is always available to help his clients to the very end and I know him to be conscientious and an excellent businessman with a strong social conscience.All of his property in the UK is of outstanding beauty and cleanliness.

Complete cowboy outfit. Fraud alert!! Watch out for Lawrence and his sidekick Nisha. You will never see a penny of your deposit or any investments you have made with them. Stay well away from OGAS if you want to keep your money

This company has turned things around and have helped me with my money situation, I rented a room with them and while I was renting I was also investing, they showed me projects which made me want to invest and gain a return as well. The year I was living at the property, Mr Lawrence was probably the best Landlord! if i ever had a problem I would let the office know and by the time I would get home from work the problem would have been resolved. You don't find many other Landlords that solved problems now a days. I have recommenced many people I know and they told me how proud they were when they met Mr Lawrence for a meeting to invest. Now they are making without even working anymore
