Like many on here had a bad experience with this company refused to pay out on a claim as was given misinformation from the vet our smallest dog was caught by our bigger dog accidentally by the paw and was cut .the vet informed it was a bite and this company refused to pay out and is reviewing the bigger dogs policy as they don't insure dangerous dogs an absolute joke save your money and shop elsewhere no compassion for your fur babies at all

Direct debit has been taken from my bank without ever speaking to this company. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY HAVE COMMITED FRAUD.

Vets claim dealt with efficiently. Our rabbit sadly died, our insurance was cancelled at my request with them refunding me for that month. Then a few days later a hand written personalised sympathy card and envelope of forget me not seeds...really thoughtful touch. Very impressed

So far so good! I have two dogs insured with Everypaw. When one became ill the claim was easy to submit, the only delay was my vet responding to Everypaw, but as soon as they did, I received payment. My second dog has recently been ill, the claim got lost along the way, but when I chased it, Everypaw apologised and kept me informed, and have now settled the claim. If it wasn't for this delay it would be 5 stars, I do recommend them, good value insurance, easy to use portal and so far I've had no issues.

Do not use this insurer. I was with them since 2018 and then my pet became ill. My pet required two different vet visits for two different things (one because she was ill and then a few weeks later she ruptured her tooth) but EveryPaw decided to combine the vet appointments as one issue (which it wasnt) and not pay my claim because they dont cover dental. When I asked to refund my policy they cancelled my policy but refused to pay back the rest of the policy year paid in advance. So, I basically paid a whole year and they refused to refund the policy despite it just renewing for the year. These guys are cowboys and will scam you. Theyll treat claims as they like to not pay out a claim. Read other similar issues claimants have had with them. They dont pay out. Buyer beware.
