        Shockingly bad service ordered the daybed really poorly made figments impossible to get a refund they have completely ignored me.

        The quality of the items are lovely and they are made to last. I have just received a couple of rocker stays for the rocking chairs we have as the old ones were getting a little worn which is perfectly normal. I made the call two days ago and spoke with a very professional and polite gentleman who was more than happy to help. He checked they had the items and said he would post them to me. Well I have them and cant thank him enough for this excellent customer service. If only all companies would work to this level of satisfaction. Thank you Sir your a star.
