Never pick up the phone and when they do they never respond to our problems regarding drainage not being unblocked which leads to plumbing problems and flooding meaning rats end up getting out. Unsafe structures not being attended to urgently. Disgusting company who put rent up yearly despite not doing their job. If you can, please avoid them.

Emergency service is useless never help. Was waiting for them to come from 3 in the morning till next day afternoon. And very often they do not come at all.

Absolutely awful. Been chasing them for a service charge statement for nearly 5 months now and only reply I ever get is that they've passed my request on to the service charge accounts team to respond and they NEVER do. If I don't get this then I can't claim back money from the person I bought from so I'm now out of pocket. All in all terrible service, and apparently their entire service charge department has been on holiday for the last 6 months(!) Adding to this, they have not arranged for the gutters to be cleared for nearly 4 years. There is now a garden growing out of them. The fire doors are not fit for purpose and their contractors are always using our residents' car park when they're going to meetings at the nearby office. Just poor service all around.
